Possibly one of the earliest examples of food preservation little has changed from when our ancestors left their grapes in the sun to dry, then store them for the, leaner, winter months. We still harvest those same grapes, lay them out under the same sun, which produces the same result. Perfectly preserved, amzingly delicious, dried fruit.
