50 years of beekeeping… and still the same passion (although, I must admit, it makes me feel old 😉)
My hives are located exclusively in the Oise region, in protected areas, far from intensive farming and chemical treatments. Here, there are no pesticides — just nature, raw and true.
I am fortunate to produce some of my honeys in an exceptional setting: a castle nestled in the heart of a private forest. A rare environment, where bees forage in complete tranquility.
For the past two years, I have also been working with an organic seed producer who grows buckwheat, phacelia (those magnificent blue flowers) and crimson clover. This will provide my bees with a rich and natural floral diversity.
Each pot is the result of patient work, respectful of the bees and the seasons. The harvest is done in the old way, with the precise gesture and the time it takes… as I was taught.
I don't do this job to produce more, but to produce truth.
Today, if I sell my honey, it is above all to continue this adventure, to keep my passion alive and to share it with you.
