Joy and authenticity.
This is what BHANGARA brings us directly from Nepal with their natural hemp bags.
Their colors, obtained through an artisan dye, recall the flags that decorate streets and peaks and reflect the hospitality of the country.
While their texture is witness to an ancient know-how of millennia: that of the cultivation of hemp, its manual weaving and its resistance.
The objective of BHANGARA (word to designate hemp fabrics in Nepalese) is to make known these extraordinary fabrics in the form of bags and small accessories.
Their entire collection is made in two workshops with respectful working conditions.
One of them welcomes and trains women in precarious situations, while the other is a small structure with 3 employees.
The brand donates 5% of their sales to SOS Children's Villages Nepal, an NGO founded in 1972 which welcomes more than 1,900 children in Nepal.
