Born from a desire to reduce the ecological footprint of hot drinks while promoting local production, BIBO offers a sensory experience as rich as a coffee, but without caffeine.
The ingredients are carefully selected: chicory, barley, spelt and buckwheat, roasted by hand to develop deep and complex aromas. This approach allows us to find notes of toasted bread, hazelnut, chestnut or even caramel in each cup, for an alternative to coffee that is both comforting and daring.
Unlike industrial instant substitutes, BIBO works with brewing beans in an artisanal manner in order to preserve all the aromatic intensity of its raw materials.
Founded by Benjamin Bienert, a committed roaster and member of the Collège Culinaire de France, BIBO combines tradition and innovation to create new hot drinks.
