Inner Peace Infusion ⸱ relieves painful periods

Inner Peace is a blend of 3 plants that helps improve women's comfort during periods. It can also be taken in case of premenstrual syndromes in order to alleviate the symptoms. Generally speaking, it helps balance the menstrual cycle. -Yarrow helps regulate female hormonal balance. It is useful in cases of long and irregular cycles as well as in cases of painful periods. -Matricaria chamomile has soothing properties against painful period spasms. -Marigold is used to soothe the digestive system. It also has anti-inflammatory and healing properties.  Quality: the plants are organic, French, grown by hand and dried naturally in the Cévennes. This artisanal process allows the quality and benefits of plants to be best preserved. Raw plants: without added flavors, preservatives or other chemicals; only the taste of plants and their natural benefits.     Use: put an individual sachet in a cup, teapot or thermos with boiling water (90°c). Leave to infuse for between 3 and 5 minutes. Remove the sachet and enjoy.  Packaging: zero plastic. 15 individual 100% compostable sachets (bags and envelope) per box. Plant materials. French made.
