The first organic abbey beer in France, the beer of the Abbaye de Signy is first and foremost a project that since 2015 has brought together friends who are fond of craft beers, terroir and heritage. The project of brewing an authentic beer, from a memorable place, the Abbey of Signy, to revive and perpetuate a unique flavor developed by the monks, to be shared with as many people as possible.
