The Sorcerer

The legend : At the end of the 16th century, more than seven hundred inhabitants of the Principality of Salm will die at the stake for the crime of witchcraft. The Counts of Salm, protectors of the city of Senones, call on a learned Sorcerer. A forbidden potion is secretly distributed to the population which would thus have been spared. The last witch, before she died, told us her secrets for making herbal recipes. In a few words : La Sorcier is a concoction of several plants and fruits kept secret, with a predominance of elderberry and nettle. To be enjoyed chilled, it reveals a fruity and floral character on the palate, with a slight hoppy flavor. Volume of alcohol 5%
