Nauera is a Gascon and Occitan term, the spelling of which may change from one region to another. Nau means new, novelty, installation, renewal. The complete word is translated by a work of clearing, of preparation to install a new culture. We chose this name at the start to illustrate the work done in our small Médoc vineyard and the biodynamic work.
The Naùera cuvée was the rebirth of the soil and a return to life for the vine. It is only natural that when we created the brewery, this new beginning was once again accompanied by Naùera.
The Naùera brewery has the ambition to offer you the opportunity to discover beers that will not leave you indifferent. Complex, racy, digestible and thirst-quenching beers. Each recipe is unique and original.
