ORGANIC BLONDE BEER SCOTCH ALE LA CHARTRONS 33 CL

This very concentrated beer was made with the addition of grapes that we harvested and then dehydrated.   An infusion in the beer released all the aromas of this powerful grape variety that is Cabernet Sauvignon.   This beer is a tribute to our ancient profession of winemaker and more generally to Bordeaux.   A tasting beer, La Chartrons is best drunk as a digestive.   The palate is powerful, concentrated and of great length accompanied by noble hops bringing balance. The beer is just sparkling and deliberately not carbonated.   To taste like a Muscat!   Notes of candied fruit, grapes and plums. We note a nice freshness brought by the hops.   Available in 33 cl bottles.   Alcohol: 11.5%.   Flight 2020 Harvest Limited quantities.
