Beer all in roundness to find a little comfort. The nose is on notes of Bourbon, oak, vanilla, caramel, biscuits and red fruits. The palate is silky and the foam creamy. A beer that has body and power with a perfect balance. Composition: Blend of roasted and roasted malts. Varieties of ancestral hops. Aged for 3 months in a selected Bourbon cask and 2 months in bottles. Three fermentations. The refermentation in bottles ensures a long conservation and a slow maturation of the aromas.
