RedKerry vinegar comes from our red beer made from a blend of barley and rye malts. This vinegar is of a rare intensity. It combines the sweetness of roasted and roasted malts with acidity and freshness. We managed to retain a hint of bitterness that makes this vinegar truly unique. A fruity, spicy and sweet vinegar.
