Our Blanche is a German-style Weissbier with deliciously pronounced banana notes. 
Refreshing and full of flavors, it will seduce you with its unique character. 
Perfect for a hot day or to accompany light dishes.    What is Weissbier?  It is a white beer which contains a large proportion of wheat or wheat malt. 
Like yeast, wheat brings an essential freshness to Weissbier. 
You will be able to observe a slight haze which is characteristic of wheat beers.    The little extra: We use wheat coming directly from surrounding farms.
