The “Triple” style of beer comes to us from Belgium. 
These are high-alcohol beers that owe a lot to their yeast. 
These release compounds giving aromas of spices, pepper or fruit giving all its characteristics to this beer.
 The little extra: Belgian but truly French inspiration.
