Traditional real Sussex cider and vinegar made with enthusiasm in a sleepy East Sussex village called Framfield.
Our ciders are still, unfiltered, unpasteurised and wild fermented in small batches.
No fuss cider and vinegar made in a no fuss way. We leave it alone for months and months and let nature do its thing.
We use local unwanted apples that would otherwise go to waste, the remaining pommace is fed to our neighbours cows pigs and sheep , we recycle our water, and run the cidery on solar power as we work to zero waste and carbon neutral.
We run community picking days and invite people to our Cidery to wassail in the winter and wake the cider come summer. Most of our fruit is swapped for cider and comes from once abandoned orchards, and local gardens. We like to think we planted an orchard and grew a community.
