Traditional Kalamata Organic Black Kalamon Olive Puree Jar 180 g

The olive groves of the Nikolopoulos estate are located in the region of Kalamata, in Messenia (Greece), at an ideal altitude, on windy and sunny hillsides with limestone subsoil. The Kalamata olive, considered by specialists to be the queen of olives, is prepared here according to the traditional recipe which highlights its rich and fruity aromas. With a beautiful wine color, it is picked purple and put to macerate in a solution based on water and sea salt, then added with red wine vinegar and olive oil, both produced on the same domain. It is then mixed and put in jars with a drizzle of olive oil. The sweetness of olives, with appetizing properties!
