Organic wildflower honey

Honey, for centuries the only sweetener available to humans, contains, in addition to simple sugars, approximately 5% of vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C, thiamine, biotin, folic acid), minerals (including potassium , iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium) and organic acids. We produce wildflower honey using the organic method which, unlike conventional beekeeping, requires respect for the biological cycle and ethology of the bees. Our bees mainly visit the flowers of marigold, sulla, clover, marruca, verbena, broom, thistle, sunflower, as well as other honey plants that we periodically sow as grassing in our olive groves. Honey thus takes on different aromas and scents every year, based on the blooms and the honey extraction period.
