Our artisanal, family business is the result of a very long family commitment to organic farming since the beginning of the 1960s, which positions us among the pioneers of organic farming. Today, we work in agroecology and permaculture. All our products are guaranteed without addition of any kind (neither pectin nor gelling agent). They are sweetened with unrefined organic blond cane sugar (or apple concentrate). The organic fruits that we use are 100% French: they come primarily from our family orchard, or from trusted partner producers.
