Made in France
For nearly 180 years, behind Bioseptyl brushes have been men and women who transmit and perpetuate a unique heritage in the region. This centuries-old know-how is put at the service of more responsible production and consumption 🌿.

The company is choosing a more responsible industry in order to reduce its impact on the environment, based on the observation that an everyday product should not cross the planet before arriving in the bathroom.
An expert in oral hygiene 🦷, she also offers styling products under the 1845 brand which follows the same approach.

All brushes are made in Beauvais in Oise and certified by the Origine France Garantie 🐓 label. By focusing on flexibility, adaptability and proximity to local production, Bioseptyl is betting on sustainable development. From the selection of raw materials to the end of product life, eco-design is a major area of work.

It is with this objective that the “Recycle your Toothbrush” program was born. The company takes care of the collection and recycling of all toothbrushes on the market. The toothbrush, made from a mixture of materials, can now be completely recycled! It is first crushed and then transformed into street furniture. No less than 4000 brushes are necessary to manufacture a bench.

In terms of materials, the entire product is designed to reduce its impact on the environment without compromising on the quality and efficiency of brushing: recycled or biosourced plastic, French wood from eco-managed forests, plant-based filaments, packaging in compostable PEFC cardboard and printed with vegetable inks.

The Bioseptyl and 1845 brushes prove that an everyday product can be environmentally friendly thanks to its materials and manufacturing processes.
