Founded in November 2019 in Turin, Biova Project is the innovative food innovation start-up with the mission of reducing food waste for the planet, always creating new products with high added value: both in terms of taste and economic and social.
The idea comes from a long journey within non-profit organizations that deal with the fight against food waste, with the intention of creating a sustainable business model both economically and ecologically.
Biova Project has developed the first range of beer from unsold bread in Italy, to which is added Ri-Snack, the first Italian circular economy snack, capable of also reducing brewing waste. New products will arrive soon.
