Cedrón takes you to the Andes, to the highlands of Peru. The fragrant verbena blended with cornflower petals and Batak berries will give this gin a vegetal freshness that is second to none. This gin is made from six different botanicals: Juniper berry, fragrant verbena, blueberry, Andaliman pepper, cubeb pepper and sesame. Taste profile The nose is dominated by light citrus notes emanating from verbena. These notes are transposed in the mouth and reinforced by the cornflower petals which bring a floral lightness.
