Birdie Kaffir Gin

Kaffir is a tribute to Reunion, the first gin of the distillery. Kaffir lime, a small lime typical of the island, is featured in this atypical gin. This gin is made from seven different botanicals: Juniper berry, kaffir lime zest, cubeb pepper, coriander, cardamom, almond and marjoram. Taste profile A very expressive, floral nose, citrus scents escape. The Kaffir gin will also be very flattering on the palate, the combava bringing aromas of lemongrass accompanied by cubeb pepper and cardamom for the spicy side.
