Pear and Chocolate Gingerbread (100% Flower Honey) 140g

Experience the Alsatian tradition through our 100% Alsatian Honey Gingerbread with no added sugar. Here in individual 140g format, flavored with pear and chocolate. Our gingerbread is made according to our traditional recipe. After mixing the liquid ingredients (honey, eggs and oil), we add the flour, spice mix and yeast. Then we let the dough rest before putting it in the oven at a low temperature.
