Chocolate and Hazelnut Gingerbread (100% Flower Honey) 140g

Experience the Alsatian tradition through our 100% Alsatian Honey Gingerbread with no added sugar. Here in an individual 500g format and flavored with dark chocolate and hazelnuts. Our gingerbread is made according to our traditional recipe. After mixing the liquid ingredients (honey, eggs and oil), we add the flour, spice mix and yeast. Then we let the dough rest before putting it in the oven at a low temperature.
