Fig Gingerbread (100% Flower Honey) 500g

Experience the Alsatian tradition through our 100% Alsace Honey Gingerbread with no added sugar, with figs. Also goes very well with goat cheese or a good foie gras. Here in individual format of 500g. Our gingerbread is made according to our traditional recipe. After mixing the liquid ingredients (honey, eggs and oil), we add the flour, spice mix and yeast. Then we let the dough rest before putting it in the oven at a low temperature.
