Since 2005, it is with passion and all the love of the land, that the Biscuiterie Cannelle et Bergamote has been making delicious biscuits in an artisanal way. Located in the heart of France, between the apple trees of Saint Martin d'Auxigny and the vineyard of Menetou Salon, the Biscuiterie produces a selection of traditional Berry recipes: from croquet, to shortbread, including tiles, macaroons, meringues and puff pastries. Aperitif. All cookies are made with care and know-how, using natural products: the flour comes from the plains of Berry, the flavors are exclusively natural.
