In keeping with tradition, the FENECH brothers founded the Biscuiterie d'Afa in 1983, perpetuating family recipes, true links between generations.
Their recipes, they inherited them from their mother Paulette who used to make delicious canistrelli which was unanimously appreciated by those who had the chance to taste them.
