It is these ingredients derived exclusively from organic farming which give them their unique taste which pleases both young and old gourmands. Navettes are the traditional Provençal biscuit par excellence! These shortbread cookies are made by our pastry chefs in the workshops of La Biscuiterie de Provence. Created in 1781 in Marseille, the Navettes owe their particular shapes to boats! The pastry chefs at Biscuiterie de Provence have revisited the recipe to add a more shortbread texture which contributes to the success of the Biscuiterie.
