The Biscuiterie Jeannette is the oldest Biscuiterie in Normandy, it has existed since 1850. Indeed, it has been very publicized since it was placed in compulsory liquidation in 2013 and it was the employees who fought by occupying the premises for nearly one year in order to show their know-how and avoid the dismantling of the factory. Their fight worked as Jeannette was revived in 2015 thanks to a buyer and a crowdfunding campaign.
Today we manufacture quality products, madeleines, cakes and financiers with Isigny AOP butter, eggs from free-range hens, without preservatives or artificial flavourings.
