Biscuiterie Nemeto was born from the desire to recycle beer brewing cereals, rich in fiber, proteins and minerals, rather than throwing them away. Located in Nanterre, within the Brasserie Nemeto in a former 19th century barn, it produces gourmet biscuits above all, with simple and original recipes, organic and eco-responsible, sweet and savory. Heir to the biscuit-making tradition of Nanterre, the biscuit factory promotes short supply chains; as such, it has held the “Produced in Île-de-France” label since 2023.
