Biscuits et Gourmandises is a small team of enthusiasts who have given themselves the mission of revisiting biscuits for gourmets.
On the program, great classics like cookies or shortbread but also original recipes such as "P'tit Lyonnais" or even small meringues in candy format or delicious crunchy cereals for breakfast.
Ingredients-wise, only high-quality raw materials produced in the Lyon region (PDO Bresse butter, free-range eggs, untreated flour, 100% cocoa butter chocolate, etc.).
