Biscuits et Gourmandises is a small team of enthusiasts whose mission is to revisit biscuits for gourmets.
On the menu are classics like cookies and shortbread, as well as original recipes like "P'tit Lyonnais," small candy-sized meringues, and delicious crunchy breakfast cereals.
As for the ingredients, only high-quality raw materials produced in the Lyon region (AOP Bresse butter, free-range eggs, untreated flour, 100% cocoa butter chocolate, etc.)).
All our products are guaranteed to be free of preservatives, artificial colors or flavors. Our only motivation: to ensure that you enjoy eating our cookies as much as we enjoy making them.
