Black Kampot Pepper

Kampot pepper is grown in Cambodia, Kampot is located in the South on the Gulf of Siam. What a journey to our table to bring us all its flavors. It is the first pepper to have obtained a Protected Geographical Indication recognized by Europe, which certifies cultivation without chemical fertilizers. It is considered one of the best peppers in the world, its intensity in the mouth makes it a very high quality pepper. A turn of the mill before serving the dish and it’s perfect!
