Blackfire Food is a multi-award winning hot sauce producer based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. We have been making a full range of sauces since 2016 covering all levels of heat from mild to super hot including our world famous 'Pain in the Hole' sauce. Our philosophy at Blackfire is 'flavour first' so that our products are the perfect accompaniment to the widest range of food from fajitas to cheeseboard and wings to ice cream (yes, ice cream. Try Samson sauce on vanilla ice cream). Our sauces contain only natural ingredients and are all gluten and allergen free and vegan friendly too. We use Armagh Bramley Apple ( PGI protected status) vinegar which avoids the need for artificial preservatives giving great shelf life for both retailers and consumers. We work closely with C-Free Ltd who plant mangrove trees in developing countries for us providing all year round employment for villagers in Madagascar , Nepal etc. Mangroves are also more efficient at capturing carbon than rainforests.
