Birds Eye Chilli Oil

Our chilli oil is made with Rapeseed oil which contains the least amount of saturated fat of all culinary oils. It’s high in vitamin E which is an anti-oxidant and has a great balance of Omega 3, 6 and (which reduces cholesterol). It has an earthy, nutty flavour and a background warmth which is perfect for drizzling or cooking. We have also packed in some Bay leaves, Sichuan and pink peppercorns for extra flavour.
