Founded in 2005, this Nordic family-run business makes retro style water bottles, lunch boxes, and storage tins from recycled stainless steel, as well as backpacks and pencil cases. They are passionate about Norwegian design, happy colours and naive simple shapes.
Welcome to our world! Here you can get to know all the different members of our family better; from flowered elephants, polar bears and big-eyed owls - to the two-legged ones who work in the company and create the brand. Our entire range is also available for shoppers in the online store. BLAFRE is a family company, established in the autumn of 2005 during entrepreneur Ingrid's first maternity leave. That is why it also says "Nuss til Nora", the eldest daughter, on the back of each card that is produced. BLAFRE designs and makes a number of completely unique products, all based on the beautiful Ekeberg garden city in Oslo and the Helgeland coast - the latter is now the home of the entrepreneurial family.
