Its blade size is 150 mm, made of NITRUM® stainless steel, nitrogen steel formula, ecological and available only in Arcos knives.   It provides greater hardness, greater cutting power and improved edge durability.The handle is made using the double injection manufacturing process, which allows you to use two types of materials in the same handle.   Polypropylene is used in the interior part, which gives it strength and security in the handle-blade joint.   Rubber is used on the outside, which prevents liquids from being absorbed and gives the knife a soft touch.The shape of its handle is very ergonomic and comfortable for prolonged use.It comes presented in a blister.It has a 10-year warranty.
