At Arcos we set ourselves a challenge two years ago: to be able to offer a haute cuisine knife adapted to everyone's economy.   This is how Clara was born, this series of knives that bring the world of professional cooking closer to every home.Forged knife with a 200 mm NITRUM® stainless steel blade.   Thanks to this material, a stronger knife with greater cutting power is obtained.Its handle is made of Polypropylene (PP), a hygienic material, very light and resistant to shocks, chemicals and high temperatures through the injection process, achieving a solid, robust and inseparable knife.
