Baobab powder - BMK

The pulp of the baobab fruit is used to prepare refreshing drinks or biscuits. It brings a delicate and tangy flavor. The edible parts of the baobab, and in particular the monkey bread are sources of antioxidants (we find 35 times more than in grapes). Monkey bread is also very rich in calcium (it contains twice as much as milk in an equivalent quantity), vitamin C (it contains 6 times more than an orange) and potassium (there are 6 times more than in the banana).
