Grape variety: Palomino 100%. Elaboration: natural sparkling wine made by the Ancestral method, PET-NAT wine. Appearance: Pale lemon green color with a medium intensity, with clear greenish yellow reflections, clean and clear. Aroma: A clean nose without flaws, ripe fruit, spices, orange blossom, primary and young nuances from the fruit, AROMA OF PINEAPPLE AND TROPICAL FRUITS. Palate: Medium acidity, very balanced, non-invasive bubble and not at all aggressive, slight bitter notes with a not very long finish on the palate. Pairing: Desserts, fresh dishes, acid, dark chocolate. Fresh cheese, smoked fish.
