Grape varieties: Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tintilla de Rota and Petit Verdot Production: natural sparkling wine made using the Ancestral method, PET-NAT wine. Appearance: The wine exhibits lively, non-aggressive bubbles that form a crown and generate very subtle columns in the glass. With a deep, intense burgundy colour, it has a good tear in the glass. Aroma: The nose is clean, flawless, intense, with aromas of jelly beans, strawberries and wild red fruits. Palate: On the palate, it is dry, with a high and vertical acidity, showing great elegance. The aromas of red fruits combine excellently with the high acidity. A surprising dark rosé wine, ideal to enjoy alone or as an aperitif. Balsamic nuances appear, and the tannins are slightly astringent without saturating the palate. Pairing: Desserts, appetizers.
