Grape varieties: Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tintilla de Rota and Petit Verdot. Elaboration: red aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. View: Garnet color with brick-red reflections, with a deep medium intensity. Aroma: No aggressive nose, the barrel covers the young part, secondary flavors, preserves the fruit but notes of evolution of the wood appear, such as vanilla, chocolate or toasted bread. Mouth: It is a dry wine, medium acidity, with very well balanced tannins, silky, full-bodied without being heavy, warm, robust, with an intense attack. As it is savored, it gains body, with a very smooth and elegant finish. Pairing: Mushroom risotto, toasted bread spread with butter. Smoked and grilled meats. Grilled buds.
