Grape varieties: Petit Verdot 100%. Production: Red wine aged for 12 months in French Oak, French Acacia and Hungarian Oak barrels. A selection of these three casks are used for the final bottling Appearance: A ruby red colour that simply shines with life. Aroma: Ripe red and black fruit. Violets and cherries, and long tannins that are gently seasoned with cinnamon and white pepper. Palate: Dry wine, striking entry, elegant, silky, with a very balanced tannin. Immensely drinkable, it is a complex wine. Pairing: Mushroom risotto, smoked and grilled meats. Grilled lettuce hearts.
