Manufacturer of pretzels 🥨 and aperitif biscuits, Boehli is above all the story of a family SME present in the Alsatian landscape since 1935!
Founded by Marcel Boehli, it was the Meckert family who took over the torch in 1998 and developed it worldwide.
Now, no less than 24 tons of pretzels are produced daily in Gundershoffen (yes, you read that right! With 1g per pretzel, we'll let you calculate the number of pretzels manufactured and exported to the four corners of the world.
The greatest care is taken in the selection of raw materials and the production of pretzels and aperitif biscuits in order to guarantee taste pleasure in every bite. It’s crunchy, salty and tasty, what could be better for a successful aperitif?!
As an aside, in our country, pretzels are considered feminine. We always find them very beautiful, crispy and ideally crunchy, so at Boehli we simply say THE PRETZEL :)!
