The manufacturing process is divided into 2 stages. First, the wood is reworked and shaped to remove any impurities and give it the desired shape. The wooden structure is assembled by our craftsman carpenters. Then, the craftsmen's wives braid the rope onto the structure by hand. The rope is made from dried palm leaves. Each piece is unique, the dimensions, the shape of the wood or even the shades of colors can vary from one piece to another.
