Panellets are the sweet par excellence of the Castañada in Catalonia, the Balearic Islands and the Valencian Community. They are traditionally enjoyed on November 1 (All Saints Day), but they have become the perfect sweet to celebrate the arrival of autumn along with chestnuts and sweet potatoes.   Bombonería Pons is a Chocolate factory.
