The Bonini Affinato condiment ages in barrels of at least 12 years. Only grape must, cooked in open vats, which slowly acetifies in a natural way, through the passage in barrels of decreasing size. Aging thus gives the product a dark and bright colour, a unique, aromatic and soft scent, a balanced, flowing but complex sweet and sour flavour. Suitable on vegetables, not to be missed on risotto or ravioli, perhaps with pumpkin! The Bonini Affinato condiment is certified Kosher for Passover.
