Sicilian organic extra virgin olive oil - 250 ml

100% Italian and organic extra virgin olive oil, produced by small farmers in eastern Sicily. It is distinguished by its strong taste and aromas reminiscent of tomatoes, artichokes and cut grass. Blend of two excellent cultivars: Nocellara dell'Etna and Tonda Iblea. Boniviri organic extra virgin olive oil is ideal for cooking and seasoning fresh legumes, grilled vegetables and salads. The harvest is carried out following the Boniviri quality and sustainability protocol: the olives are harvested as soon as they begin to ripen and pressed the same day. Only cold processes are used to ensure the best quality. The label is ecological, made with olive waste and with a 20% reduced carbon footprint. Boniviri oil is the first Italian carbon neutral, the carbon dioxide generated for its production is compensated with reforestation projects. Store away from light in a cool, dry place.
