Etna White D.O.C.

Produced from carricante grapes grown in saplings and espaliers on the south-eastern slope of Etna, Sicily, at 700 meters above sea level, it is aged in the bottle for at least four months. It has a straw yellow color and a delicate bouquet of aromas with hints of white fruit. It has a dry, mineral flavor with pleasant acidity and aromatic persistence.
