Red wine from Nero D'Avola, Nocera and Nerello Mascalese grapes. Varieties: Nero D'avola, Nocera, Nerello Mascalese Agriculture: organic with the use of biodynamic treatments, no chemical interventions Harvest: early in the morning in small 16kg boxes, hand-selected grapes Vinification technique: prolonged maceration on the skins at a variable controlled temperature, depending on the vinification phases, between 18° and 24° with pumping over, delestage and subsequent malolactic fermentation. Refinement: 24 months in steel THE WINE Mamertino Rosso DOC has a ruby red color with violet reflections and a perfume characterized by sweet notes and hints of undergrowth and blueberry. The flavor is balanced. It is recommended to accompany the Mamertino Rosso DOC with red meat main courses, such as sliced beef with herbs.
