Bonjour is a French brand founded by Juliette and Raphaël, two people passionate about well-being and nutrition. Their shared passion for adaptogenic mushrooms and their desire to find a healthy, natural, effective, responsible and economical alternative to coffee pushed them to create Bonjour. After two years of research and meetings with independent producers, they developed a unique recipe based on the best adaptogenic mushrooms from the Netherlands and roasted barley from Brittany.🍄
