Our history
We are Cristina and Daniela, in 2008 we opened our first organic bistro in the most beautiful park in Rome - Villa Doria Pamphili, surrounded by nature. Our children, then small, loved biscuits, but we couldn't find the genuine and delicious products we were looking for on the market, so we started producing them ourselves. Dough after dough we have developed our recipes, appreciated over time by our happy customers: only organic and natural ingredients with a very short label, just like in the past. Over the years the Vivi Bistrot have multiplied and with them the production of our delicacies, which we have now decided to share with a wider audience of gourmets.
The BORBOLETTA brand was born when, sitting at a table in the park thinking about what to call our biscuits, a beautiful butterfly landed between us and we immediately understood that it would represent our world and our values: love for beauty, respect for nature, renewal, optimism, hope for a better world.
And even the alchemical meaning of the butterfly goes perfectly with our biscuits: transforming superlative raw materials into an explosion of goodness! The adventure continues, with the commitment of...
